Qioptiq Ltd was one of the first Defence manufacturing companies in the UK to achieve certification to the Environmental Management Standard BS EN ISO 14OO1. This was achieved in September 1998 and is managed using our internal control documentation COP3 and this also encompasses Chemical Health & Safety and the control of special processes.

Qioptiq fully complies with, and where appropriate, exceeds the requirement of all applicable environmental legislation and has made significant investments in “Greener” technologies.
